Our quarterly AC filter change and inspection will begin February 15th. Our maintenance team will be in your apartment to change out A/C filters, checking for leaks and making sure all smoke detectors are in working condition. Schedule as follows:
February 15th buildings 1-6 - February 16th buildings 7-12 - February 17th buildings 13-18

Our playground, pool area and fitness center are open year round for your enjoyment! Please remember to adhere to the policies outlined in your lease and posted on the signs in each of these places. Please keep in mind a few tips to keep your dishwasher running smoothly: rinse food particles off the dishes before placing them in the unit; don't overcrowd - water must circulate over each dish; don't cover the center hole in lower rack; and finally, use only dishwasher detergent, as other detergents can damage the motor.
With Bossier City's hard water, here are a few tips to keep the spots and film off your dishes:
1. Use Jet Dry. Refill Jet Dry dispenser as needed.
2. Once a month run your dishwasher empty with 3 cups of white vinegar.
With your cooperation, this handy convenience will serve you well for a long time to come.
